Cosmic Slop, Walking Wounded, and Hatful of Hollow are some of my favorite albums. In fact all the albums on here are pretty good. OK — except for Foreigner. Did I add that as a joke?). I may remove it so I don’t have to listen to it on Fridays. Yikes, there’s an 8 minute version of “Feels Like The First Time” on there!

This iTunes party shuffle isn’t much of a party. Very easy listening. Favorite song has to be Steely Dan since it’s Friday and all. Favorite album would be Stereolab’s Margarine Eclipse. I’m pretty sure that I downloaded the Unicorns for free somewhere and have to put that under least favorite.

9.The River- Missy Higgins –The Sound Of White
10.One Straw (Please)- Bright Eyes –A Collection of Songs Written And Recorded 1995-1997
Favorite Song would have to be The River by Missy Higgins. Yes it is about suicide, but until you’ve heard the song you have no idea. Her Australian accent makes me smile too :-)
Least Favorite Song would have to be One Straw (Please) by Bright Eyes just because it’s a very VERY unedited song written and recorded very early in his career, and sounds like he just recorded it in his basement or something.
Favorite album would have to be Satanic Panic in the Attic by Of Montreal… seriously I never get tired of listening to them. Everyone needs to check them out ESPECIALLY their new album out called the Sunlandic Twins… it’s amazing.
blue girl:
I don’t have any random songs to add to the list. Sorry!
But, I did want to say…
Every time you put up a Lebowski quote, my heart dies a little.
My man, Jeff Bridges, my most very favorite, sexiest actor — who I *love* looks so horrendous in that movie, I can barely bring myself to imagine him playing The Dude.
Sure, he was really good in the roll. Sure, it was a fun, funny and goofy movie.
But, my heart cannot tolerate how he looked.
Sadness and heartbreak over here.
:(
blue girl:
Hee-hee! What a Freudian slip THAT was!
I *bet* he’d be good in a roll! Or two.
Yowza!
:)
Matt:
Come on, Blue Girl — sometimes, there’s a man. Well, he’s the man for his time and place. He fits right in there. And that’s the Dude. The Dude, from Los Angeles.
But you’ll always have The Fabulous Baker Boys.
Jimmy:
I do love the Big Lebowski random quote generator. Man that is cool … nice find, Matty.
