Welcome, Metro Readers

If you’ve arrived here for the first time via the article in today’s Philly Metro, welcome! Feel free to poke around. To get a sense of what I’ve done in the past, please take a look at the Best Posts category, or have some fun captioning photos. If you’re a movie buff, you might be interested in contributing descriptions of your favorite opening shots or film thugs. Philly-related posts are here.

Many thanks to Metro Reporter Josh Cornfield for conducting the interview.

Karl:

Yo! Congrats on the profile. I didn’t read the paper this morning and missed this!

Jimmy:

Congratulations Matty. Good work.

Matt:

Thanks, guys. I can’t say that I performed very well — the pull quote of the paper edition contains a glaring example of subject-verb disagreement — but, in my defense, the interview was conducted during the halftime of a World Cup semi-final. I was a little distracted.

Spencer Lewis:

Good job. Now we have to share you with the rest of the world.

(Or at least those of us that are lucky enough to ride SEPTA)

Kyuboem:

Congratulations, Matt, and well done.

Comandante Agi:

Way to go, Matt.

UncleHorns:

Nice!

albert:

upyernoz:

congratulations!

howard:

Nice interview. And it’s certainly a deserved bit of recognition.

Danie:

The one week I don’t read the metro you’re in it. Hope you and Albert don’t start a rivalry about whose in the paper the most…
